File a Claim

To be considered for eligibility for a distribution from the Fluor Fair Fund you must complete and submit a Proof of Claim Form ("Claim Form"), with all necessary documentation, no later than December 30, 2024.
Failure to submit your Claim Form by the date specified will subject your claim to rejection and may preclude you from being eligible to recover any money from the Fluor Fair Fund.
